Our History

What began in 2012 as a Community Based Organization with a passion to equip young adults with critical life skills, has grown into a Non-Profit Organization that equips young adults with Leadership and Entrepreneurship skills that help them thrive in the different sectors of society. Grace Mentoring and Advice Centre (GMAC) in 2019 evolved into Shine Leadership International (SLINT) and continues to equip young adults and educators in Schools and Universities with 21st Century Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Life skills that are needed in today's work place and also offers the young adults Educational and Occupational career guidance that prepares them for their desired future career paths.
