Shine Leadership Programs
Through the different training and skilling programs, we aim at equipping students and the young adults in with relevant 21st century skills that are needed in the world of work. We prepare and help young people to attain, improve and retain the skills and knowledge they need to perform competently in the work place.
All our training programs, career guidance and mentorship sessions are tailor-made and differently packaged to suit the needs of the young people. The programs are rich and focus on different Career Paths and Life skills such as critical thinking, creativity and innovation, communication, collaboration, leadership, social skills among others.
