Anita is a passionate and experienced Leader, Career Counselor, Social Entrepreneur, Author, Inspirational speaker and Mentor with over 10 years� experience as a Senior Administrator in Institutions of Higher Learning. Anita has led and trained teams on Management, Leadership, Organizational Development, Customer Care and Strategic Planning.

Anita leads the team at Shine Leadership International. She is an Assistant Lecturer at Kampala International University under the College of Economics and Management. She is formerly the General Manager of Hotel Roza.

She is the Co- Founder and Managing Director of Damani Snacks a leading snack business in Kampala. Anita is also a Co-Founder of Noble Theme Publishers a publishing house dedicated to the printing and publishing of Christian material.

She is an Alumni of the Institute of National Transformation in Uganda where she underwent an Executive Leadership Course. She holds a Bachelors degree of Business Administration, Masters of Business Administration (MBA)-Management from Nkumba University, an online Diploma in Strategic Management and a Certificate in Managing Human Resource.

Anita presently sits on Boards such as the Nkumba University Council, Kansanga Tertiary Institutions Community SACCO among others.

She believes that the youth of today are the Leaders of tomorrow and it is therefore our responsibility to nurture, guide and equip them with Leadership and Entrepreneurship Skills that they need to thrive in the market place.
